MMF is undertaking an extensive C-Check and 8-year inspection of the Puspenerbad's CASA C212 aircraft. This in-depth maintenance program encompasses a wide range of critical areas, including thorough structural assessments, detailed systems inspections, comprehensive engine inspections, precise avionics calibration, and a complete evaluation of flight readiness. MMF is dedicated to ensuring that the aircraft is returned to Puspenerbad in optimal condition, guaranteeing it is fully operational and mission-ready to effectively support their essential operations.

Merpati Maintenance Facility (MMF) has welcomed aircraft PK-NAM into its hangar for a scheduled C-Check and 8-year inspection. The PK-NAM aircraft arrived at MMF’s facility on August 29, 2025 and is undergoing a comprehensive series of inspections, including detailed checks on the airframe, avionics systems, engines, cabin components and necessary airworthiness recertifications. MMF President Director, Mr. Edwin Gunawan, stated that “We are honored to be entrusted with this C-Check and 8-year inspection project for PK-NAM. MMF is committed to delivering top quality maintenance services that ensure the aircraft returns to operation safely and at peak performance”.

Merpati Maintenance Facility (MMF) proudly announces the successful completion of scheduled inspections and the delivery of two Bell 412 helicopters to the Indonesian Ministry of Defence, specifically to Pusat Penerbangan TNI Angkatan Darat (Puspenerbad). The inspections included comprehensive checks on the airframe, engine, avionics, and systems to ensure full compliance with safety and performance standards. The aircraft underwent full inspection and upgrades, including a new In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system, engine thrust enhancement to 27,000 lbs and a refreshed cabin layout. This milestone reinforces MMF’s growing capabilities in aircraft maintenance supporting both civil and defense aviation sectors.
